Where we ship
The United States, plus 27 international destinations served by DHL eCommerce.
Processing time
Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays begin processing the next business day.
United States
- Standard shipping: $6.99
- Free standard shipping on orders of $70.00 or more
- Delivery: 5–8 business days after processing
International
Rates are calculated live at checkout by DHL eCommerce based on destination and package weight. Transit times are shown at checkout and vary by country. Duties and taxes can be prepaid at checkout where DHL supports it; where they are not prepaid, the recipient is responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees charged on arrival.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Delivery problems
Carrier delays are outside our control, but if a package is lost, damaged, or never arrives, email Nedal@cubanfoodmarket.com with your order number and we will make it right under our Return and refund policy.
Addresses
We ship to the address entered at checkout. We cannot redirect a package once it has shipped, and we cannot refund an order that is undeliverable because of an incorrect address.
